Prohibited Content and Activities You must not use lnkys to create, host, distribute, promote, redirect to, or otherwise facilitate shortened URLs, custom domains, QR codes, bio pages, or other content that: Facilitates phishing, credential theft, or unauthorized collection of login information. Distributes malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious software. Facilitates fraud, scams, identity theft, or other financial crimes. Impersonates or falsely represents a person, company, brand, government entity, or organization. Promotes, facilitates, or provides instructions for illegal activities. Distributes spam or unsolicited bulk communications. Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property or legal rights. Violates applicable data protection or privacy laws. Contains unlawful, threatening, or otherwise harmful content. Exploits, abuses, or targets minors in a harmful or exploitative manner. Is designed to deceive users about the identity, purpose, destination, or legitimacy of a link or website. Attempts to evade security systems, abuse detection, or content moderation mechanisms. 3. Prohibited Technical Behavior You must not: Attempt to bypass, disable, interfere with, or circumvent security controls, authentication mechanisms, rate limits, or other protective measures. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, networks, or data. Abuse the API, exceed documented rate limits, or generate excessive, abusive, or disruptive automated traffic. Share API credentials publicly or allow unauthorized persons to use your API credentials. Use API credentials, accounts, or authentication tokens belonging to another user without authorization. Circumvent subscription or usage limitations, including by creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bypassing plan restrictions. Use the Service to conduct, launch, coordinate, or facilitate attacks against third parties, including denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks. Use the Service to scan, probe, or exploit systems or networks without proper authorization. Attempt to interfere with the availability, performance, or integrity of the lnkys Service or its infrastructure. 4. Enforcement If we determine, or reasonably suspect, that a link, destination URL, custom domain, QR code, bio page, account, API credential, or other use of the Service violates this Policy, we may take appropriate action. Depending on the circumstances, we may: Disable or remove the relevant content or resource. Block or disable a link, domain, or destination. Restrict access to certain features. Suspend or terminate the associated account. Revoke or rotate API credentials. Restrict or terminate API access. Take other reasonable measures necessary to protect the Service, our users, or third parties. Where appropriate, and particularly in cases involving security threats, fraud, malware, or other serious abuse, we may take action without prior notice. Where legally permitted and appropriate, we may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, hosting providers, security organizations, domain registrars, or other relevant parties. Reporting Abuse If you believe that a link, domain, QR code, bio page, or other content on lnkys is being used for phishing, malware, fraud, spam, or any other activity prohibited by this Policy, please report it to us. When possible, please include: The lnkys URL or relevant domain. A description of the suspected abuse. Any relevant information that may help us investigate the report. We will review reported abuse and take appropriate action based on the circumstances. 6. No Obligation to Monitor Although we may use automated systems, security tools, reports, and manual reviews to detect violations of this Policy, we do not guarantee that all prohibited content or activities will be detected. The absence of detection does not constitute permission to use the Service in violation of this Policy. 7.
